Job Summary
Lead large-scale architectural design projects for mixed-use, retail, and life sciences sectors, directing small teams to deliver quality work under tight deadlines. Manage front-end client and consultant presentations while utilizing advanced modeling and post-production skills in Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max. Requires a degree in Architecture with a minimum of eight years of postgraduate experience in a large international practice, ideally gained in the Middle East or Asia. This role is office-based within our Hong Kong studio, part of Egis' Architecture Line. We prioritize economic and social responsibility, creating environmentally sustainable and socially equitable designs that connect people to their surroundings.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture from a well-established university
- Min. 8 years' postgraduate experience gained in a large international practice
- Extensive design experience for large scale projects and front-end client/consultant presentations
- Strong modelling and post-production skills
- Strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design
- Sound knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and 3D Max
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Senior positions require strong people management skills with proven experience in directing small teams delivering quality design whilst working to tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Working experience ideally gained in the Middle East or Asia
- Working knowledge of Revit
