Job Summary
Senior Associate, End-to-End Project Manager responsible for coordinating mid-level complexity marketing campaigns end-to-end within EMOCS. Independently manage cross-functional initiatives across marketing, tech, creative, legal, and compliance from intake through launch, ensuring milestone integrity, governance, and audit readiness using Workfront. Monitor health against SLAs and KPIs, identify trends and friction points, and drive process improvements and automation to accelerate delivery. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience and 2+ years in marketing project management and process management, with strong communication and data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 2 years experience in marketing project management
- At least 2 years of experience in process management
- At least 1 year of experience working with project management methodologies or tools
