Job Summary
Drive department initiatives, manage client integration processes, and own escalated queries for investors and fund managers while ensuring adherence to AML, data governance, and outsourcing policies. Lead direct and indirect reports through performance reviews, career coaching, and regular one-to-one meetings to foster professional development. Participate in internal AML framework reviews and service calls with clients and cross-functional teams, championing team initiatives and constructive feedback. Requires a bachelor's degree, internationally recognized AML designation, and 7+ years in AML with 5+ years in management. Reports to the Director, Nexus, Global AML Team.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree preferably in a business-related field
- 7+ years of AML in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service
- minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity
Desired Qualifications
- Internationally recognized AML designation is preferred
