Job Summary
Senior Associate - Development Consultant will contribute to PwC's Learning and Development within Internal Firm Services by helping design and deliver learning solutions using traditional classrooms and digital formats. Responsibilities include leading design for PwC learning programs, collaborating with subject matter experts and project teams, delivering and facilitating learning solutions, leveraging analytics to assess effectiveness, managing end-to-end learning projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements. Strong emphasis on instructional design, adult learning theory, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering tailored programs for business goals in a consulting environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year experience in Learning & Development, Consulting, Psychology, Accounting
- Excellent project management & problem solving skills
- Understanding of adult learning theory; learning needs and performance gap analysis; instructional design, development and implementation; and assessment/evaluation of learning
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and stakeholders while delivering high quality work within deadlines
