Job Summary
Conduct litigation matters in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort cases within the Delaware office. Manage case and file systems while tracking billable hours and utilizing LexisNexis and Microsoft Office tools. Maintain active Delaware Bar membership and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a clear path to leadership, mentorship, and discretionary bonuses for experienced attorneys with at least seven years of litigation experience.
Required Qualifications
- at least 7 years of litigation experience
- Current and active DE Bar membership in good standing
- Superior written and oral communications skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
- Familiarity with Case/File Management systems
Desired Qualifications
- The ability to track billable hours is strongly preferred
