Job Summary
Develop acquisition strategies and deal structures to support client objectives while conducting financial modeling to evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions. Implement M&A strategies to drive successful post-merger integration and engage in strategic planning to identify value creation opportunities. Collaborate with clients to enhance commercial diligence processes and utilize analytical skills to assess and optimize deal outcomes. Support the development of comprehensive value creation plans and advise on strategic initiatives to improve business performance. Guide junior team members to foster a collaborative culture while anticipating client needs to enhance satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- At least an MBA degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
