Job Summary
Senior Associate Data Use Risk within the Firmwide Chief Data Office supports the Firmwide Data Use strategy, collaborating with LOB/CFs, Compliance, Controls, Legal and Technology to ensure Data Risks are managed in line with Legal, Compliance and Business requirements. Responsibilities include contributing insights and requirements for AI/ML needs, developing and maintaining standards for Firmwide Data Use, developing and monitoring risk or performance metrics, collaborating with technology and product teams to deliver data use tools and enhancements, integrating Generative AI/LLMs to modernize data governance processes and product features, acting as a liaison translating business needs into clear product requirements and user stories, coordinating with Legal and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements, supporting execution activities for the Data Use Program, preparing management update materials, and developing training materials (including online courses) for Data Use education and tooling, and supporting regulatory, compliance, and audit requests.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in program or project management, product ownership, or business analysis within a Risk Management or Data environment
- Experience with Agile Development methodologies and partnering with Development teams to deliver tools and solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex ideas, requirements, and solutions to management, stakeholders, and technology teams
- Experience applying Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or similar advanced technologies to drive improvements in data governance, product development, or business process automation within a technology-driven environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Management Information Systems, or other related area
