Job Summary
Senior Associate - Data Science at PwC working on GenAI solutions for clients. Develop predictive models, perform statistical analysis, create data visualisations, and apply machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets. Contribute to the development of GenAI capabilities including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, AI agents, and multi-agent systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, architects, data scientists) to deliver client-focused data solutions, support business development, and assist with client proposals. Emphasizes strong statistics, ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and adherence to professional standards. Strong programming experience in Python and R and familiarity with information security and data protection concepts are valued.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum experience
- Graduated or pursuing Software Engineering or similar IT degree (Technical University Degrees are also to be considered) in Mathematical Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Actuarial Science, Operations Management/Research and other related fields may be considered with university degree progress equivalent to at least 3 years
