Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist collaborates with the Chase Auto Marketing team to deliver data-driven insights, develop and refine measurement frameworks and KPIs, analyze large datasets, and visualize findings to inform marketing strategy. Works with Marketing Strategy Managers, Brand Managers, Dealer Relationship Managers, and cross-functional teams to improve marketing effectiveness, align analytics with business goals, and drive strategic growth in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Strong skills in SQL, Python, Tableau/Alteryx, data wrangling, KPI development, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication are essential; familiarity with AWS Cloud Services is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in data science roles, with a focus on marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and Python.
- Expertise in data wrangling, including integrating multiple data sources into cohesive data assets and aggregating large datasets for specific purposes.
- Proven ability to define business KPIs and establish effective measurement frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for exploring results and uncovering deeper insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executives, business partners, and technical teams in analytics and data management.
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities to convey analytical insights to stakeholders.
- Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment and culture.
