Job Summary
Manage and maintain environmental data within EarthSoft EQuIS by importing, validating, and performing QA/QC on laboratory, field, and historical datasets. Configure EQuIS workflows, reports, and standard processes while developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and EQuIS Enterprise. Support data migration into enterprise systems, coordinate with laboratories and field teams, and execute data quality reviews to identify inconsistencies. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support data governance and knowledge sharing. This role sits within ERM's Consulting Delivery Hub in India, partnering with global project managers, scientists, and regional teams to deliver efficient data management solutions for sustainability projects. You will contribute to workflow automation, process improvements, and standardization initiatives while managing multiple assignments to meet schedule, quality, and budget expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Data Management, Analytics, or related discipline
- 4–6 years of experience in environmental data management or consulting
- Hands-on experience with EQuIS and environmental laboratory data workflows
- Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and database concepts
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global project teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with EQuIS Collect, SPM, Enterprise, Edge, EnviroInsite, ArcEQuIS or related modules
- Experience with geological visualization tools and GIS platforms (EVS, RockWorks, Leapfrog, EnviroInsite, AutoCAD, ArcGIS)
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Python, R, or automation tools
- Exposure to GIS platforms such as ArcGIS
