Job Summary
Manage and maintain environmental data within EarthSoft EQuIS by importing, validating, and performing QA/QC on laboratory, field, and monitoring datasets. Configure EQuIS workflows, formats, and reports while developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and EQuIS Enterprise. Support data migration of historical data into enterprise systems and coordinate with laboratories and field teams to ensure timely data receipt. Perform data quality reviews to identify inconsistencies and anomalies, preparing technical documentation and training materials for governance. Collaborate with project managers and scientists to deliver efficient data management solutions across global sustainability projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Data Management, Analytics, or related discipline
- 4–6 years of experience in environmental data management or consulting
- Hands-on experience with EQuIS and environmental laboratory data workflows
- Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and database concepts
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global project teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with EQuIS Collect, SPM, Enterprise, Edge, EnviroInsite, ArcEQuIS or related modules
- Experience with geological visualization tools and GIS platforms (EVS, RockWorks, Leapfrog, EnviroInsite, AutoCAD, ArcGIS)
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Python, R, or automation tools
- Exposure to GIS platforms such as ArcGIS
