Senior Associate, Data Analytics

Senior Associate, Data Analytics to deliver data-driven insights and advance analytical capabilities across our client portfolio in a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will analyze large-scale marketing datasets using SQL, Power BI, DAX, and M Query, build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks aligned to client KPIs, and work with datasets across paid media, ecommerce, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). You’ll query and manage data in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and Azure, support development of data models, pipelines, and transformations in cloud environments, and improve data accessibility and performance. You will partner with media, strategy, and client teams to define measurement frameworks, translate data into insights for internal and client stakeholders, contribute to analytics frameworks, and stay current on marketing analytics, cloud, and AI technologies. The role emphasizes collaboration, capability-building, and growth within a fast-paced agency environment, with a hybrid work arrangement (office roughly four days a week in Bangkok). The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, plus strong SQL, Power BI, and cloud data platform skills, and fluency in Thai and English.
