Job Summary
Build data-driven analyses to improve Dasher supply and hours; work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics) to develop and test hypotheses, translating insights into scalable strategies. Own the ground-level understanding of operational problems, communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders, and contribute to live-operations improvements within DoorDash’s Dasher & Logistics framework. Requires ability to analyze data (SQL/Excel), think from first principles, and thrive in an ambiguous operations environment with a focus on delivering impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data; proficient in SQL and Excel
- Strong communication skills for stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with ability to operate at a granular level
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
