Senior Associate, Customer Service

Provide pre- and post-sale customer service and support across multiple sub families. Deliver timely responses to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or website chatbot in an in- or outbound service center consistent with service and quality standards. Process customer orders, bills, accounts, and applications for service, maintenance, and termination. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints. This role is part of Nordson's global sales and service organization, which supports products and systems used for precision dispensing and processing in markets including packaging, transportation, medical, and electronics.
