Job Summary
Lead one to two full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, managing all project phases from requirement analysis to deployment. Configure custom objects, role-based permissions, and report center features while translating business needs into system designs compliant with HCM best practices. Perform gap analysis between client requirements and standard features, ensuring accurate solution design for global employee life-cycle processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to visualize and adopt best practices within the in-house support and development team. Requires 3-5 years of experience with at least one end-to-end implementation and certification in the module.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central solution
- At least one end-to-end implementation
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module - Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced reports)
- Experience with MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows
- Extensive understanding of Employee Life Cycle Processes for Global organizations
- Ability to conceptualize business requirements and perform gap analysis between business requirements and standard SF features
- Ability to translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Compliance with HCM Best Practices
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Team player
- Experience of all Project phases
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, Visio
