Job Summary
Conduct detailed fundamental credit analysis for new debt and equity opportunities, including screening transactions, developing preliminary perspectives on business quality and credit risks, and preparing complex Excel financial models. Execute the full investment lifecycle by preparing investment committee memoranda, presenting underwriting conclusions, negotiating legal documentation, and leading closings while managing a substantial portfolio. Collaborate with management teams, sponsors, and advisors to maintain investment valuations and monitor company developments, providing guidance and coaching to junior investment professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- Strong intellect with excellent quantitative, financial and analytical skills
- 4-5 years of relevant experience from Investment Banking, Private Equity or Credit
- Advanced MS Excel modeling skills
- Advanced MS PowerPoint and presentation-development skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Leveraged Finance or Private Credit preferred
