Senior Associate - Corporate Finance

Senior Associate in Corporate Finance role focused on accounting operations and controls within Guidehouse. You will prepare and post payroll-related journal entries (including international payroll), manage accounting for employee-related costs like bonuses and benefits, and perform GL postings, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany entries. Responsibilities include month-end and year-end close, account reconciliations (including payroll cash and balance sheet accounts), supporting financial reporting and variance analysis for management, ensuring adherence to policies, assisting statutory and internal audits and SOX compliance, and maintaining thorough audit trails. Requires experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), strong Excel and financial analysis skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with travel up to 25%. Educational background includes BCom/MCom with relevant experience; MBA in finance, CA/ICWA/CS intermediate with internship preferred.
