Job Summary
Senior Associate in Control Tower Service Delivery responsible for ensuring service delivery of operational commitments for CT (control tower - order management/booking management) customers across APAC. Develop and maintain knowledge of CT customer needs, publish and maintain SOPs and vendor manuals, provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders, monitor KPI and performance gaps, escalate risks with global product/tech teams, conduct regular performance reviews, collaborate with destination teams on improvements, and build strong client relationships while supporting onboarding and value-driven initiatives. Key skills include cross-functional coordination, process optimization, training and coaching, data-driven analysis, SLA management, and stakeholder engagement to enhance CT services and revenue outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting
