Senior Associate - Consumer Duty

Job Summary
Lead quarterly analysis of Consumer Duty metrics, produce management reports, and streamline reporting processes to drive efficiency. Undertake data-driven analysis to support day-to-day identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks, preparing presentations for risk committees and reviews. Develop and implement innovative processes, procedures, and controls while responding to ad-hoc requests and maintaining comprehensive procedural documentation. Collaborate with subject matter experts to elevate collective performance and provide consultancy across risk management activities. Coordinate with data and action owners to produce seamless, accurate, and timely Consumer Duty Management Information. Define, maintain, and agree reporting standards while supporting the embedding of Consumer Duty principles across the business.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in reporting and producing management information
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong technical skills in PowerPoint
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Word
- Experience in financial services
- Experience in wealth management
- Experience in Consumer Duty reporting
- Experience in risk management
- Solid understanding of risk awareness
- Solid understanding of risk mitigation

- Ability to generate creative solutions from information
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of 4 days working from our London office
