Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow platform solutions focusing on ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request. Customize the Service Portal using widgets, UI scripts, and client scripts while developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications, ensuring best practices, governance, and security standards are followed during development. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, participating in platform upgrades and performance optimization. Requires 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong scripting skills in JavaScript and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization
- Hands-on experience in Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JavaScript)
- Experience working with ServiceNow GRC modules
- Good knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript
- Experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
