Job Summary
Understand strategic priorities and design workplans to evaluate and advance them through targeted research, data collection, and high-impact analysis. Craft storylines that articulate findings and communicate insights to senior leadership to drive organizational action. Partner with a Managing Director for mentorship while contributing to initiatives in recruiting, talent development, and culture building. Present findings to stakeholders and influence key strategic decisions across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Ideally from a top-tier university
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Client-facing role within a top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Banking experience
- Investments / desk research experience
- Financial services experience
- Corporate strategy experience
- Strong quantitative skills
- Analytical skills
- Written communication skills
- Oral communication skills
- Ability to leverage analysis to gain support and influence others
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- The role is located in Boston, MA only
- Working in a hybrid model (weekly blend of 3-4 days in-office and 1-2 days working from home)
