Job Summary
Inspect project sites and monitor progress for school construction initiatives, supporting infrastructure needs analysis while coordinating with school management, government departments, contractors, and vendors. Compile reports on project status, prepare cost estimates, and deliver presentations to stakeholders using project management tools. Manage multiple priorities and ensure timelines are met under project manager guidance. Requires 4 to 7 years of civil engineering experience, proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, and willingness to travel locally and nationally. A two-wheeler is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Polytechnic or B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Work experience in Civil and Infrastructure projects – 4 to 7 years
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- English, Tamil & Hindi (speaking)
- Ability to speak in Hindi
- Good computer skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad
- Goal oriented professional with team working skills
- Having a two-wheeler
- Willingness to frequently travel locally and nationally
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with any Project Management tools
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector
- Prior experience with documentation and preparation of Reports
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects
