Senior Associate - Construction Advisory

Job Summary
Prepare, assess, and substantiate Extension of Time, delay, disruption, and productivity claims while performing forensic schedule analyses to identify critical path impacts and causation. Evaluate contractual entitlements, draft claims submissions and rebuttals, and support formal dispute resolution processes including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation. Review project programmes, contracts, and site records to translate complex information into concise findings for technical and non-technical audiences. Provide guidance to junior team members, review deliverables for quality assurance, and contribute to methodology development. This role suits a commercially minded professional with 4-6 years of experience in construction claims and dispute resolution, based in EMEA or APAC, with flexible work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
- 4-6 years of experience in one or more of the following: Construction claims and dispute resolution, Planning and scheduling, Contract and commercial management
- Working knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
- Experience using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of forensic delay analysis techniques and methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on international construction projects across EMEA and/or APAC
- Exposure to the Middle East construction sector
- Experience within a contractor, consultant, or construction advisory environment
- Experience supporting formal dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and litigation
- Progress toward or attainment of professional certifications such as: MRICS, PMP, Other relevant industry credentials
