Job Summary
Design, execute, and govern compensation programs across the organization, focusing on operations, salary benchmarking, annual cycles, job evaluation, and market analysis. Support annual review cycles including merit increases, promotions, bonus planning, and salary revisions while conducting market benchmarking using tools like Mercer, WTW, and Aon/Radford. Perform job evaluations, grade roles, and analyze salary ranges to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Prepare proposals for new hires, promotions, and retention cases, partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offer evaluations. Analyze trends, pay equity, and workforce costs to support strategic decisions, develop dashboards, and maintain data integrity within HRIS systems. Ensure governance of policies and approval processes while supporting HR transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a primary focus on Compensation
- Strong experience in Annual Compensation Reviews, Merit & Promotion Cycle, Salary Benchmarking, Market Pricing, Job Evaluation & Job Grading, Compensation Analytics, Salary Structures & Pay Ranges, Executive/Leadership Compensation support
- Hands-on experience with compensation survey tools such as Mercer, WTW, Aon/Radford, Korn Ferry, or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or SAP
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
