Develop solutions for complex commercial legal questions within a top-tier team, handling contract design, negotiations, and dispute resolution for national and international mandates. Manage supply chain structures and international technology cooperation, particularly in the automotive sector, while overseeing digital transformation initiatives. Support clients with the enforcement and defense of claims arising from commercial contracts through extrajudicial and judicial proceedings. Requires excellent legal qualifications and strong English skills, with an LL.M. or promotion welcome.
