Draft commercial agreements for high-growth tech clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and US, specializing in customer agreements, SaaS arrangements, and supplier engagements. Manage direct reports and lead client relationships for rapidly scaling businesses in fintech, edtech, AI, and fashion. Present complex solutions without jargon while championing client interests through entrepreneurial networking and business development activities. This role is listed for a qualified lawyer with 4-8+ years PQE. Competitive salary, discretionary quarterly profit share, and annual bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- UK-qualified commercial lawyer
- 4 - 8+ years PQE
- commercial-first transactional skill set
- experience advising on technology and SaaS arrangements
- commercial contracts that sit underneath high-growth businesses
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data privacy issues
- experience of managing at least one direct report
- We're on the UK tax system
