Job Summary
Senior Associate, Cloud Engineer - CMDB at The Lighthouse within KPMG’s Consulting practice. Responsibilities include cloud migration engagements (strategy, readiness assessment, migration planning, sourcing options, business case, execution coordination) specifically in Azure; design and migration to new IT infrastructure and cloud (IaaS/PaaS) environments; primary liaison with client stakeholders and architects; support client pursuits and development of service proposals; contribute to cloud-management methodologies and thought leadership; required 3+ years in IT infrastructure technology management/architecture including IaaS/PaaS/DevOps cloud transformation and automation; experience with Terraform; Azure or AWS; bachelor’s degree in CS with MBA preferred; certifications preferred; travel as needed; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (no sponsorship available).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of IT infrastructure technology management and architecture experience including IaaS/PaaS/DevOps cloud transformation programs and infrastructure automation
- experience with cloud services (IaaS/PaaS) and migration projects
- Azure or AWS cloud experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences; MBA preferred; certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Azure, VMware) preferred
- Terraform experience
- Unix administration
- Scripting/Programming capabilities
- SDLC Process Knowledge
- Ability to travel as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
