Job Summary
Complete assigned consulting activities within project scope and objectives under the direction of a Project Lead, ensuring delivery meets Parexel and client quality expectations. Identify project and internal issues to senior colleagues, propose solutions, and alert management to business opportunities or scope changes. Implement organization consulting models and methodologies while delivering services within your area of expertise, prioritizing work to achieve specified outcomes. Build a network of industry colleagues through relationships formed during engagements. Requires 2-3 years of clinical experience in qualitative interview studies, proficiency in qualitative data analysis software, and a preference for COA development experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally 2-3 years' relevant clinical experience in an industry-related or consulting environment conducting qualitative interview studies
- Proficiency using software for the analysis of qualitative interview data (e.g. Atlas.TI)
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline
- English language proficiency and communication excellence
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) development and validation best practice is preferred
- Ideally a Postgraduate degree in a Clinical Outcomes Assessment Scientific or Technical Discipline (Psychology, Social Science, Anthropology)
- Proficiency in other languages desirable
