Job Summary
Senior Associate, Client Services in Toronto (IN-OFFICE 5 days/week) supporting a multi-generational wealth-management advisory firm. You will be client-facing, handle a variety of service requests, document and track correspondence in internal systems, provide policy details to clients and professionals, maintain CRM records and client summaries, engage in ongoing learning about life insurance and planning strategies, and support team initiatives, events, and client appreciation activities. Requires 10+ years in a senior administrative/executive support or client-facing role, 5+ years in life insurance or wealth management, exceptional written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio, strong numerical/documentation aptitude, and a commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in a senior administrative, executive support or client facing service role
- 5+ years experience working within life insurance or wealth management space
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, paired with a refined and sophisticated approach
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Strong aptitude for working with numbers and documentation
- Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and the stewardship of sensitive client information
