Job Summary
Manage accounting functions for diverse property portfolios, including retail, residential, and commercial real estate. Oversee A/P and A/R activity, prepare financial statements, and perform variance analysis for cash flow, NOI, and KPI reports. Handle recoverable billing, reconcile RET/CAM, and maintain general ledger functions through month-end close and journal entries. Track fixed assets, support annual budgets, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Assist in tax filings, payroll, and client correspondence while maintaining organized records. Requires minimum 2 years of real estate accounting experience and proficiency in Yardi Voyager.
