Job Summary
Senior Associate, Chase Travel Lodging: Product Manager for Chase Travel Lodging to drive the product vision and strategy, leverage data analytics and customer journey knowledge to deliver new and enhanced travel capabilities for lodging, and win market share and adoption. Applies Agile/Lean to ensure quality product delivery and continuous improvement, creates user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizes work relative to the roadmap, facilitates delivery, partners with business, and influences cross-functional teams across engineering, analytics, design, servicing, and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1-4 years of work experience in similar role
- Experience in Agile environments; familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience applying product management techniques (e.g., product strategy development, customer engagement)
- Experience turning data into decision-driving presentations
- Experience managing agile, cross-functional teams
- Experience working with operations and controls partners
