Job Summary
Senior Associate, Go to Market Delivery at Chase Branded Cards. Support go to market planning and execution of card product launches and refreshes across flagship portfolios (Slate, Freedom, Sapphire, Ink). Partner with VP, Go to Market Lead to establish robust go to market program, oversee the go to market plan, and drive delivery of milestones and resolution of strategic issues to ensure successful market launches. Drive high-impact strategic initiatives in a complex matrix environment, manage end-to-end program from ideation to delivery, lead launch readiness forums, support delivery of go-to-market plans across customer-facing channels (acquisition, branch, servicing), identify milestones and interdependencies, build relationships with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams, and develop evergreen launch playbook.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, go to market strategy, product leadership, consulting, or corporate development, preferably in financial services or payments
- Proven ability to develop high impact strategies, execute complex initiatives, and deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment
- Excellent organization and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and a drive to execute tasks effectively and efficiently
- Strong orientation towards understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations for both external and internal customers
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills, with the ability to structure problems, frame decisions, and drive resolutions
- Strong ability to identify and articulate connections across complex systems and concepts, synthesize information, and drive solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and motivating partners towards accomplishing a common goal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at navigating ambiguous and unstructured challenges
