Translate complex transformation topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences by producing digital assets across social, video, presentation, and training formats. Develop communication strategies, manage editorial calendars, and create bite-sized social materials that reinforce key messages. Partner with change, learning, and business teams to align priorities, leveraging Gen AI tools to accelerate development and monitor performance for continuous optimization. This role supports internal and client transformation programs within Publicis Groupe's global communication value chain.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in content strategy, communications, change management, marketing, or related fields
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with structured process documentation and marketing platforms / terminology
- Experience creating short-form video, social content, and executive-ready materials
- Ability to simplify complex business or technology topics
