Job Summary
Senior Associate – Category Growth to own and drive Average Order Value (AOV) growth for the Puja and Web categories. Role sits at the intersection of business, analytics, and product; identify monetization opportunities, design pricing experiments, recommend add-on offerings, and collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Business teams to improve customer value and revenue outcomes. Drive offline devotional experiences into the digital ecosystem, coordinating with Operations, Product, and Analytics to understand behavior and derive insights. Responsibilities include AOV growth and monetization, pricing experiments, SKU expansion and bundling, data analytics and business insights, and cross-functional execution to boost basket size, cross-sell/upsell, and overall transaction value. Success metrics focus on increased AOV, improved cross-sell/upsell attachment rates, revenue contribution from new bundles, experiment success rate, and incremental category growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Business Analytics, Growth, Revenue Management, Strategy, or Product Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data to identify business opportunities and drive decisions
- Comfortable designing and evaluating experiments
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, marketplace, D2C, or high-growth startups
- Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience working on pricing, monetization, revenue growth, or category expansion initiatives
- Familiarity with product experimentation and user behavior analytics
