Job Summary

Senior Associate on the Card CX Strategic Initiatives and Solutions team supports execution of customer experience (CX) strategies for the Card & Connected Commerce businesses. Collaborates on cross-functional projects addressing customer pain points, improves journey performance, and delivers innovative solutions aligned with the CX vision. Applies a product owner mindset to translate customer insights into actionable solutions, uses analytics tools (including AI-driven tools and journey analytics) to gather and synthesize insights, monitors and reports on CX initiatives to refine strategies, and communicates findings to stakeholders. Requires knowledge of the card business/financial services, ability to work in ambiguous environments, and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience, strategy, analytics, or related fields within financial services, card business, or data-driven industries.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working in collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency in analytics, including experience with AI-driven tools, sentiment analysis, or journey analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with journey mapping, customer intelligence, or solution delivery is a plus.
