Job Summary
Senior Associate in CX Insights to aggregate and analyze CX data across Card & Connected Commerce, synthesize findings into actionable insights for partners and leadership, monitor NPS and customer feedback metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement CX improvements, and help develop business cases for CX initiatives based on data-driven insights. Strong emphasis on translating complex data into strategic recommendations for diverse audiences, with proficiency in data visualization tools and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and insight generation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
