Job Summary
Senior Associate, Business Validation for Open Banking focused on designing and implementing risk-management processes across product design, platform services, and third-party relationships. Independently validate deployments, perform independent reviews, ensure compliance with customer disclosures and contractual obligations, and collaborate with product, technology, compliance, and risk teams to support secure, customer-permissioned data sharing. Contribute to market analysis, monitor operational controls, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to strengthen Open Banking processes and governance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record in operations, products, business validation, risk management, controls or audit.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute operational strategies in a complex, matrixed environment within a technology-driven product organization.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing abilities
- High attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong culture carrier and teamwork spirit
- Good understanding of Open Banking, data access, and related regulatory and industry frameworks.
- Experience in client and contract management, including independent review and third-party risk management.
- Proven ability to drive compliance with customer disclosures and contractual obligations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
