Job Summary
The Senior Associate, Business Technology Liaison will analyze and define business requirements and functional specifications for small to moderate projects. The role involves interfacing with IT to resolve business process issues, translating business requirements into functional designs, and supporting testing and training for new applications. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, along with preferred technical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Technical experience preferred.
- Ability to use general knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY Mellon corporate policies involving risk and control.
