Job Summary
Manage day-to-day business operations for assigned areas by assessing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing new policies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Optimize operational procedures while maintaining quality standards, track performance metrics, and create reports to analyze operational data. Resolve stakeholder queries, drive increased data quality, and assist with change management initiatives to solve challenging business problems. Maintain policy and procedure documents while managing ad hoc projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree, moderate project management experience, and strong analytical skills. On-site role at NTT DATA.
