Job Summary
Senior Associate in Business Intelligence for Open Banking drives analytics for dashboards, data aggregation, and market/competitive insights to inform strategy and growth. Owns narratives from data, aligns metrics across systems, prioritizes backlogs, and partners with data, technology, and business teams to deliver actionable recommendations for leadership. Focus areas include customer segmentation, KPI definitions, governance, risk/compliance adherence, and cross-functional collaboration to support a new revenue-generating Open Banking initiative. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in BI/analytics within financial services; five days in-office in Wilmington, DE; US work authorization; no relocation sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or data-driven decision support within financial services
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and operational recommendations
- Understanding of market intelligence, customer analytics, and product insight generation
- Experience supporting dashboard development and executive-ready narratives
- Proven ability to partner with data, technology, and business teams to deliver results in a matrix environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgement, discretion, and decision-making skills
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
