Job Summary
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand industry changes, perform customer due diligence, and abstract complex lease agreements. Draft preliminary term sheets, prepare investment committee memos, and track commercial milestones for weekly reporting. Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including site origination, legal, finance, and operations to address dependencies and support return economics. Assist with final lease negotiations and monitor active transactions to provide status updates to leadership. Travel up to 30% for project sites and company gatherings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, real estate or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate, consulting, investment banking or related roles
- Strong analytical capabilities and Excel financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 15%-30% for company gatherings or to project sites
- Location: Denver, Colorado/Hybrid/Remote
Desired Qualifications
- Prior exposure to commercial real estate markets and transactions
- Experience using real estate and/or data center platforms (ArcGIS, Datacenter Hawk, S&P Global, etc.)
- Working knowledge of commercial leasing practices, terminology and documentation
- Familiarity with data center operations and infrastructure
