Job Summary
Senior Associate on the Business Management team responsible for coordinating reporting deliverables, building executive-level presentations, and driving the development of ad hoc strategic projects. The role involves creating executive communications and monthly business review packages, working with senior stakeholders across the organization, and establishing infrastructure (Teams sites, onboarding guides, Confluence pages) to support a new organization. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; five days in the office (Mon-Fri) in New York, NY, US; no immigration sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of business management or relevant experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience preparing executive level communications and presentations
- Exceptional prioritization skills - ability to prioritize multiple short-term tasks and long-term projects
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence
- Strong attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and planning skills
