Job Summary
Senior Associate, Business Advocacy Project Manager in the Chief Business Office. You will design and implement tools, processes, and frameworks that help deliver business goals, build and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports, and coach partners on project methodologies. You will ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, organize cross-functional coordination, and drive adoption of intuitive tools and automation to streamline reporting and routine tasks. Key activities include developing workflows and templates for Business Advocacy, monitoring performance with dashboards and status reports, maintaining roadmaps and action logs, facilitating steering committees and workshops, and guiding teams on planning, risk/issue tracking, and change control. Strong emphasis on communication, documentation quality, and the ability to translate data into clear narratives, with a growth mindset and interest in applying internal AI tools to improve productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in project management or program support roles
- Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Effective stakeholder communication across levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn and improve systems
- Interest in applying internal AI tools to simplify workflows
- Ability to connect day-to-day work to bigger business goals
- Working knowledge of project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) and when to apply them
- Proficiency with MS Office and project tools (Confluence, JIRA, Monday.com) and building dashboards/status reports
- Experience creating portfolio or program dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Background in regulatory, risk, or policy-adjacent environments
- Facilitation experience for steering meetings and workshops
- Familiarity with change control, issue/risk management, and governance forums
- Experience implementing playbooks, standards, or PM frameworks across teams
- Exposure to automation and AI-driven productivity solutions
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
