Job Summary
Senior Associate, Builder role focused on designing and building AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions from scratch using no-code/low-code tools and AI. You will identify inefficiencies within assigned business functions, implement scalable process improvements, embed within cross-functional teams as a hands-on solutions builder, research and test emerging AI tools, translate challenges into automation-ready problem statements, document findings, present digital prototypes to stakeholders, manage projects to deliver high-quality results on time, measure impact of solutions, and proactively deliver new capabilities. Requires 4+ years of professional experience (or equivalent), 1-2 years with AI/automation tools (prefer 2+ with automation such as Zapier), familiarity with generative AI platforms, experience building automations (Zapier, n8n, Airtable), and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Located in/near Denver with in-office presence 3 days/week. The role emphasizes building AI-enabled workflows, improving real-world workflows, and applying no-code/low-code tools to automate operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of professional experience, or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience using AI or automation tools to increase quality and efficiency (prefer 2+ with automation tools such as Zapier)
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
- Experience building automations (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Airtable)
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and outputs
- Location in or near the Denver area; in-office 3 days/week
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
