Job Summary
Conduct daily capture of transactional information to support downstream analytics and financial accounting processes for securities and trade transactions. Act as a trusted advisor to the business group by identifying emerging issues, analyzing data to provide insights, and recommending solutions for complex problems. Lead change management initiatives, including readiness assessments, stakeholder management, and communication planning to drive process improvements. Fulfill routine and non-routine transactions, resolve discrepancies, and manage vendor solutions while ensuring SLAs and regulatory compliance are met. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and develop tools or training programs that enhance business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the business unit's key products and services, processes and controls
- In-depth knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business
- Good prioritization skills
- In-depth customer service skills
- In-depth PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
