Job Summary
Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics will sit on our central BizOps & Analytics team and be embedded in one of Jerry's core business areas (growth, product, AI and automation, strategic partnerships). You’ll own the analytical function end-to-end for your business unit: define the right questions, establish metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface insights, and drive data-informed decisions. The role requires a first-principles thinker who is analytical (comfortable with Excel, SQL or Python) and a strong communicator who can influence leaders. You’ll work cross-functionally to move key metrics and outcomes, with 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech, and a track record of delivering impact. Tools used include SQL, Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Python
- Direct communicator with ability to influence decisions at leadership level
- Ownership mindset and accountability for end-to-end analytics initiatives
