Senior Associate, BIM Revit

Job Summary
Senior BIM Revit Associate responsible for the technical execution and quality control of BIM data across the Newbuild portfolio, developing and maintaining complex Revit models and 3D simulations for architectural and interior design coordination. Audit and validate BIM data provided by external partners to ensure data integrity and version control, identify design conflicts through 3D coordination, and facilitate resolution with cross-functional project teams. Support daily technical workflow of onsite and offshore Revit engineers, apply established VDC protocols to maintain consistency, provide day-to-day setup support and execution of presentations in the CAVE, and assist in producing assets for the RCG BIM Library. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of relevant BIM/Revit experience, advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, BIM360/ACC/BIM Collaborate Pro, Autodesk Docs, and familiarity with VR technologies. Onsite role based in Miami, FL with 20-30% travel; role not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in architectural design with a strong focus on large-scale BIM/Revit projects
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD (2018 or higher), and 3ds Max
- Knowledge of BIM360/ACC/BIM Collaborate Pro, Autodesk Docs
- Familiarity with VR technologies and immersive hardware preferred
- Knowledge of architectural design development
- Able to work in the metric system
- Works on multiple projects and tasks with cross-functional teams
- Strong English spelling and grammar
