Job Summary
Deliver Health & Welfare projects by supporting benefits plan design, strategy, renewals, benchmarking, and compliance for a complex client base. Build and manage internal and client relationships while advising on high-quality service recommendations and technical support. Manage risk and financial performance through compliance, billing, collections, and budgeting assistance. Provide project management support, coordinating work across US offices and practices alongside external compliance procedures. Work at client sites with up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of recent experience in employer benefit strategies
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
