Job Summary
Senior professional responsible for the development and execution of automated marketing programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Design, build, and launch complex email and journey-based campaigns in partnership with Marketing, Data, and Operations teams; translate marketing strategy into scalable campaign execution. Maintain expertise in SFMC, templates, content blocks, and governance while coordinating data structures, feeds, and integrations to power journey logic and audience segmentation. Use SQL to pull target audiences, troubleshoot issues, perform QA on campaign components, and monitor performance post-launch. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; contribute to platform governance and best practices. Requires 3+ years in marketing automation/operations/campaign execution and 2+ years of SFMC workflow development with HTML/AMPscript, plus 2+ years of SQL experience; familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud. Bonus points for SFMC certification and B2B marketing background. This is a remote role open to residents of Atlanta, GA, with potential future hybrid arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience with a primary focus on marketing automation, marketing operations, or campaign execution
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building complex workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using HTML and AMP script to build dynamic email templates
- 2+ years using SQL to query databases, build data extensions and troubleshoot audience or data issues
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization and identity resolution
