Job Summary
Senior Associate/AVP, M&A Strategic Advisory at DBS Asia Central. Lead and support client-facing activities in mergers and acquisitions across Asia-Pacific, preparing client presentations and pitches, performing corporate finance analysis and valuation, and leading workstreams in project and transaction execution. Responsibilities include industry and company research, trend analysis, idea generation and deal origination, and execution support for Food & Agri, Industrials, and TMT sectors. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work independently and in teams, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Food & Agri, Industrials, and TMT sectors
